​Jean is a fully qualified Shiatsu and Shin Tai practitioner with 14 years Shiatsu Therapy experience.  As a member of the Shiatsu Society she constantly continues her professional development (CPD) as this is a requirement by the Shiatsu Society.

Jean graduated in 2007 after an intense 3 years training with the Shiatsu College in Hastings. Whilst at college Jean became interested in Qi Gong as an excellent way to enhance Shiatsu treatments and so became an instructor. Jean went on to study and recently qualified in Shin Tai after realising the power of this therapy alongside Shiatsu.

Shiatsu treatments are deeply relaxing, still and meditative, stretching and opening - and you don’t have to get undressed! Afterwards you feel energised and often have a peaceful feeling within which remains with you after treatment. Regular receivers find they sleep better and their symptoms are significantly reduced.
